Lewis, Jr. (Joann) and Noel Lewis (Donald Messersmith) of Alpine; his children, Alia of Sayre, PA, Alexis of Sayre, PA, Allison of Sayre, PA, Allyssa of Sayre, PA, Aliza Lewis of Sayre, PA and Marshall Lewis of Alpine; and his siblings, Alicia Hunsinger of Cayuta, Danielle Lewis of Watkins Glen, Cody Lewis of Ohio and Derek Woodworth of Ithaca.
