He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard T. Green and Helen Robinson Green; his brother Jeffrey Green; and his granddaughter Autumn. He is survived by: his fiancée Debra Guarino; his children, Amanda Cotton (Joseph), Kiaya Perry (Justin) and Justin Green; his sister Kristina Green; and his uncle George Green. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
