He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton H. Ray and Agnes M. Ray; his wife Sharon Conklin Ray; his son Jeffery Ray; and his sister-in-law Patricia Conklin.
He is survived by: his children, Lori Ray, Cathy Fazzary (John), Jennifer Peppard (Christopher) and Timothy Ray (Michel); and his siblings, Fred, Ira and Sharon Rounds. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren.
