She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson E. Strobel and Charlotte Jackson Strobel; and her brother Warren Strobel. She is survived by: her husband William Lockwood; her siblings, Jean Wilkins of Arkport, Linda Burgett of Nunda, Lowell Strobel (Tina) of West Sparta, Rodney Strobel of Mt. Morris and William Strobel (Chris) of West Sparta; and her sister-in-law Pat Strobel of Dalton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
