Phyllis F. Perry Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis F. Perry (Allentown, New York), born in Belmont, New York, who passed away on May 24, 2018 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Charles Sr; her daughter Dale Louise Hodge; and her brother David Arlow Hollister. She is survived by: her parent Margaret M. Hollister Sr (Nick); her spouse Clark W. Perry Sr.; and her children, Clark W. Perry Jr (Deborah), Roger L. Perry (Pamela) of Scio, Sheila D. Decker of Wellsville, Christine E. Ward (Michael) of Andover and Charles H. Perry (Cheryl) of Bolivar. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, many great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
