Chapman of Allentown, New York, born in Wellsville, New York, who passed away on December 29, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mitchell Ethlan and Elnora Chapman (Stevens); her son Luther D. Washer; her grandson Dustin Washer; and her siblings, Leonard "Sonny" Chapman, Dennis "Ferg" Chapman and Gwen Cox (Wilfred W.).
She is survived by: her sons, Wilfred "Mike" Washer (Becky) of Ellington, NY and Joseph E. Washer of Leicester, NY; her daughter-in-law Sharon Washer of Allentown; and her close friends, Wanda and Dan Pease. She is also survived by six grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, one great great granddaughter; a brother.
