He is survived by: his parents, Ted Costa and Dianne Costa of Allegany; his daughter Madelyn Price-Costa; and his brothers, Shane Costa of Buffalo and Bradley Costa (Sara) of Mebane. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
