He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Theodore Higby and Edith Smith Higby; his spouse Beverly Moran; his children, Deborah Layton (Gary) of Breesport, Christopher Higby of Olean, Jodi Williams of Allegany and Robert Higby (Jennifer) of Allegany; his grandchildren, Jay Layton, Kristen Crawford, Erin Truman, Heather Eaton, Robert Higby III, Bailey Higby, Kaitlyn Higby and Brian Williams; and his brother David Higby. He was also cherished by 10 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
