He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester R. Baire Sr. and Alice Abdo Cole; his wife Nickey; his son Theodore Baire; his daughter-in-law Marcia Baire; his siblings, Darlene Kelly and Ronnie Baer; and his in-laws, Tom Kelly, Rochelle Baire (Rocky) and Paula Baer.
He is survived by: his children, Michael R. Baire (Sandra Blatchley) of Port Kent, Patricia M. Price (Ricky) of Duke Center and John C. Baire (Laurie) of Allegany; his siblings, Max Baire of Olean, Nancy Babcock (Dan), Chuck Baer (Marcia) of Olean and Bobby Baer; and his sister-in-law Sylvia Baer of Allegany. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 29 great grandchildren; 7 great great grandchildren.
