He is survived by: his significant other Debbie Hahn; his children, Susan Torres of Kailua Kona, HI, Raymond Blanchard (Katrina) of Reno, NV, Jamie Blanchard of Huntersville, NC and James Blanchard of Boston, MA; and his siblings, Charles Blanchard (Judy) of Olean, Thomas Finley of Hershey, PA, Patricia Nicol (Louis) of Olean and Bonita Young of Buffalo. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
