He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Wells and Rose Abigail Halladay (Markham); his wife Janet (Potter); and his siblings, Ralph Halladay and Mae Ehman-Powers.
He is survived by: his children, Janice Law of Winchester, VA, Allen Halladay (Linda) of Carlisle, OH, Jim Halladay (Grace) of Lewisberry, PA, Judson Halladay of Cumming, GA and Lorraine Bailey (Jeffrey) of Attleboro, MA; and his sisters-in-law, June Potter and Cec Potter. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
