She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferris B. Hazlett and Marie McCann Hazlett; her former husband Joseph C. Everest; and her siblings, Elizabeth Ferris, Robert Hazlett, Margaret Aken, Edwin Hazlett, Ferris Hazlett and Sarah Devling.
She is survived by: her husband Gerald L. Swartz; her children, Lynne A. Weimer (Donald) of Portville, Stefani A. Behun (Joseph) of Cibolo, TX, Jennifer L. Mott (Matthew) of Oxford, Kristen M. Dolan (Brian) of Aberdeen, SD and Jason M. Swartz (Monica Sweetwine) of Fredonia; and her grandchildren, Matthew, Leah, Aiden, Nick, Alec, Ellie, Dean, Tacie, Will, Cole, Hannah, Kiera, Trey and Rocke.
