It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynda D. Backhaus of Allegany, New York, who passed away on July 17, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Rado and Ann Harris Rado; and her brother Thomas K. Rado. She is survived by: her former spouse Gerardus A. Backhaus; her son John T. Backhaus (Rosalie Kay) of Allegany; her granddaughters, Brianna Lee Reynolds (Kobie) and Brittany Ann Babb (Ronnie); her great grandchildren, Ethan Thomas Bowen, Braeden Kelly Reynolds, Sophia Rose Babb, Eugene Babb and Charlie Ray Babb; and her brothers, Joseph P. Rado (Arlene) of Allegany and David L. Rado of Allegany.
