Baxter (Allegany, New York), born in Kingston, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 12, 2023, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Joseph "Jay" Dugan, Jr.; and her brothers, Shane Dugan and Justin Walterich. She is survived by: her mother Maggie Stady; her husband Jeremy D. Baxter; her children, Paige Dugan of Maine, Darian Baxter-Dugan of Allegany, Jeremy, Jr. (Baxter-Dugan) of Allegany, Gunnar Baxter-Dugan of Allegany and Freya Baxter-Dugan of Allegany; and her siblings, Shawn Dugan (Tiffany) of Gilbert, AZ, Kari Faulkner (Nicholas) of Olean, Carl Walterich of Olean, Carleen Walterich of Lumberton, NC, Blaine Walterich of Olean and Bryce Walterich of Olean. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
