He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald C. Kemp and Delores Stayer Kemp; and his sister Joyce Bertch. He is survived by: his spouse Gail Atkins; his daughters, Jennifer Geise (Jeff) of Olean, NY and Kristen Kemp (Michael Shank) of Lunenburg, MA; his grandchildren, Alex, Brian Austin and Aryanna Shank; his sister Donna Holly (Dennis) of Hinsdale, NY; and his friend Jim Swanson of Knapp Creek. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
