He was predeceased by : his parents, Angelo Crisafulli and Celestina Mollica Crisafulli; his brothers, Lawrence Crisafulli and Joseph "Joe" Crisafulli; his siblings-in-law, James "Jim" Kinley, Joseph Accordino, Frank Accordino and Ruth Crisafulli; and his daughter-in-law Linda Crisafulli.

He is survived by : his wife Josephine Accordino Crisafulli; his children, Jeanette "Jett" Crisafulli, James "Jim" Crisafulli (Kathy), Jerry Crisafulli (Elizabeth "Betsy"), Jeffrey "Jeff" Crisafulli (Kathy), Joel Crisafulli (Deborah "Debbie"), Jenifer, Jason Crisafulli (Jeanette) and Jessica Crisafulli; his siblings, Michael "Mike" Crisafulli (Gail), Nicholas "Nick" Crisafulli (Ruth) and Sarah Kinley; and his sisters-in-law, Elma Crisafulli and Joan Crisafulli. He is also survived by 48 grandchildren; and 31 great-grandchildren.
