It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James M. Kosmala (Allegany, New York), born in Gowanda, New York, who passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Benedict Kosmala and Leona Kochaniec Kosmala; his son Jeff Kosmala; and his grandson Andy Kosmala. He is survived by: his children, Lynn Oeser (Mike) of Jefferson, NC, Sharon Notaro of Williamsville, Jim Kosmala (Eileen) of Denver, NC, Kristy Anderson (Rich) of Newburgh and Amy Nemitz (Ed) of Middlesex; and his siblings, Dianne Woolingham of West Seneca and Paul Kosmala of California. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
