He was predeceased by: his father Jack F. Peck, Sr.; his nephews, James, Jessie and Allen; and his sister-in-law Bobbie Jo Peck.
He is survived by: his mother Melva D. Speta Peck of Allegany; his daughters, Crystal L. Lett (Charles Hamer) of Cuba and Samantha E. Homer (Jason) of Olean; his grandchildren, Richard, Charlie, Lanx, Matthew, Gabriella, Temperance, Isabella and Annabelle; and his siblings, James H. Peck (Lynne Faulkner) of Franklinville, Kellie E. Mitchell (Keith) of Allegany and Edward P. Peck (Theresa) of Manassas, VA. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
