She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Foster and Irene Lippert Foster; her spouse Cecil Pierce; her son David Moshier; her siblings, Herman Foster, Lawrence Foster, Eugene Foster, Stephen Foster, Kenneth Foster, Joseph Foster, Robert Foster, Sophie Wolf, Kathleen Scull, Patricia Foster and Shirley Papasergi; her stepchildren, Leigh Hadsell of Buffalo and Lynn Nunn (Dennis) of Allentown; and her close friend Carrie Clark.
She is survived by: her children, John Moshier (Cynthia) of Allegany, Daniel Moshier (Lynn) of Allegany, Nina Dutton (Duane) of Tulsa, OK, Thomas Moshier (Christine) of Matthews, NC, Garry Moshier (Theresa) of Lothian, MD, Carol Ozzella (David) of Allegany, Barbara Driscoll (Robert) of Allegany and Tania Hilliard (William) of Olean; her daughter-in-law Sandra Moshier of Allegany; her stepchildren, Sharon Foster of Olean, Cecelia Peterson of Birdsall, Keith Pierce (Veronica) of Valatie and Kenneth Pierce (Cindy) of Belmont; her brothers, Edward Foster (Nancy) of Allegany and Carl Foster (Gloria) of Allegany; and her sisters-in-law, Sandra Foster of Ft. Pierce, FL, Gloria Foster of Allegany, Nancy Foster of Allegany and Sharon Foster of Olean. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren; 40 great grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren.
