It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gennaro L. Maiello (Allegany, New York), who passed away on February 4, 2020, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Maiello and Concetta Bruno Maiello. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth J. Connolly; his daughters, Danielle M. Maiello, Christina Maiello-Verardi of Staten Island, NY and Jeanine Maiello of New Jersey; and his stepson Robert George Elwell of Henderson, NV. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Allegany American Legion, Charles Harbel Post #892 Ritual Team, 4350 State Route 417, Allegany, New York 14706 or to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, Tennessee 38105.
