He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruce E. Hitchcock and Ann J. Frederick Hitchcock; and his siblings, Sally Hitchcock, Ann Rust, Jeffery and Ronald Hitchcock.
He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hitchcock of Allegany; his children, Jacob W. Hitchcock of Olean and Sarah J. Hawks (Matthew) of Hinsdale; his grandchildren, Jacob Jr., Kaylei, Jarriett, Sophia and Anna; his siblings, Bruce Hitchcock (Michelle), Freeman Hitchcock (Makayla), Martha France (Bob), Azalia Miller, Lori Smith (Terri) and Sara Estel; his sisters-in-law, Mary and Alvina; his brother Anthony DiRienzo; his family HomeCare; and his close friends, Dr. Ryan Albert and Dr. Annmarie Zimmerman. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
