Whitmer; his daughters, Penny Everetts (Joseph) of Monroe, NC and Nikki Pratt (Sean) of Hinsdale; his grandchildren, Shaelin Everetts, Ryleigh Everetts, Rianna Everetts, Coby Spiller and Casi Pratt; and his siblings, John Moshier (Cindy) of Allegany, Daniel Moshier (Lynn) of Allegany, Nina Dutton (Duane) of Skiatook, OK, Thomas Moshier (Chris) of Monroe, NC, Garry Moshier (Theresa) of Silver Springs, MD, Carol Ozzella (David) of Allegany, Barb Driscoll (Robert) of Allegany and Tania Hilliard (Bill) of Allegany. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
