He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ned Hall and Mary Shearer Hall; his wife Dorothy McGraw; his sons, David E. Hall, II (Nancy) of Westminster, CO and Lawrence Hall of Darlington, MD; his grandchildren, Jessica Hall, Ashley Hall and James Hall; his great grandchild Faye Hall; and his siblings, Ted Hall (Shirley) of Allegany, Diane Moss of Allegany, Phyllis Rice and Audrey Stomierosky. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
