We are sad to announce that on September 20, 2023, at the age of 64, Cindy L. Hitchcock (Allegany, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Ballard and Sarah Benjamin Ballard; her husband Donald W. Hitchcock; and her siblings, Douglas, Nolan, Reed, Norbert (Gail), Steve, Alberta Weichmann (George) and Dawn Ballard.
She is survived by: her children, Jacob W. Hitchcock of Olean and Sarah J. Hawkes (Matthew) of Hinsdale; and her grandchildren, Jacob Jr., Kaylei, Jarritt, Sophia and Anna. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
