She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Frank Prieve and Kathryn Prieve; her husband Joseph E Higgins; her children, Michael Higgins (Amy) of Allegany, Karen Clark (Todd) of Manchester and Bryan Higgins (Christine) of Portland, OR; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Higgins, Kathryn Higgins, Ryan Wisniewski, Abigail Higgins, Megan Clark, Emily Clark, Ryan Clark and Frances Higgins; and her siblings, Bob Prieve (Pat) of Thousand Oaks, CA and Ginny Monteen.
