She is survived by: her spouse Gerald Adam (Jerry); her mother Josephine Thompson of Middlesex; her children, Sandra Federico (Joseph) of Rushville, Michael Adam (Suzanne) of Howard and Karen Simons of Canisteo; her grandchildren, Jessica Ferguson (Joshua) of Howard, Maria Adam of Alfred, Caleb Adam (Jessica) of Canastota, NY, Laura Simons of Canisteo, Lindsey Simons of Canisteo and Adam Simons of Canisteo; her great grandchildren, Kendra Ferguson of Howard, Alivia Ferguson of Howard and Josiah Ferguson of Howard; and her brothers, Lewis Thompson (Phyllis) of Rushville and Roger Thompson (Pauline) of North Carolina. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
