Higgins (Alfred Station, New York), born in Kendall, New York, who passed away on August 22, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his son Verne Higgins; and his great grandchild Lia Astrid Higgins. He is survived by: his children, Donald Higgins (Cathy) of Livingston County, Laurie Higgins-Lang (Dick) of Alfred Station and Sharon Stiller (Dan) of Andover; his grandchildren, Samantha Higgins Tiano (Mark), Mellisa Higgins (Anthony Saullo), Sarah Higgins-Covel (Michael) of Fredericksburg, Shanley MacCrea (Alec) of Alfred Station, Casey Keenan (Ashley) of Milford, Bethany Stiller of Andover, Thomas Stiller of Andover, Andrew Stiller of Andover and Sarah Huckabone (Marty) of Pine Bush; his great grandchildren, Mason Tiano, Madisyn Tiano, Brody Covel, Alanna MacCrea, Conall MacCrea, Killian MacCrae and Hudson Keenan; his wife Norma; and also, Egypt, Morocco, Brazil, Sr, Israel and Zambia.
