It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven C. Allen (Alfred Station, New York), born in Wellsville, New York, who passed away on September 17, 2019, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence "Mike" and Barbara Allen (Barnes); his grandmothers, Hennard and His; his son Sean Allen (Stacy) of Scio; his pets, Fargo and Lucas; his brothers, James Allen (Mary Ann) of Pennsylvania and David Allen (Debbie) of Florida; and also Brown. He was also cherished by 8 nieces.
