She was predeceased by: her parents, L. Joseph Welsh and Aurelia White Welsh; and her siblings, Albert, Rodney, Douglas Welsh, Mildred Welsh and Geraldine Millett.
She is survived by: her husband Keith L. Irwin; her children, Rodney Irwin and Helen Severson (Michael) of Grapevine, TX; and her sisters, Melba Kester of Centennial, CO and Josephine Pendley of Ball Ground, GA. She is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
