He is survived by: his parents, Ray Manchester and Edna Mae Shafer Manchester; his wife Jean (Russell); his daughters, Sue Manchester of Chapel Hill, NC and Sami Foye (Dave) of Pittsboro, NC; his brother John Manchester (Janet) of Endwell, NY; and his grandchildren, Sean Foye and Katie Foye. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
