It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph W. Russell of Alexandria Bay, New York, who passed away on January 21, 2023, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Alden F. Russell and Margaret M. Underwood Russell; his wife Robin; his children, Caitlin, A. Russell of Los Angeles, CA, Molly Joe Russell of Albany, NY and Christian Lohse (Germany); and his brothers, John "Jack" G. Russell (Janet) of Casa Grande, AZ, James "Jim" A. Russell (Brenda) of Theresa, NY and Jay Russell (Alexandria Bay).
