He is survived by: his parents, Cecil Shaw and Lolly Shaw (Fitzgerald); his wife Patricia A. Basile; his children, Kyle Shaw, Julie Godin (Dennis) and Airyel Zimmerman; his stepsons, Jesse Smith, Corey Basile and Nathan Basile; his brother Jerry Shaw (Vicky); and his uncle Randy C. Shaw (Cheri L.). He is also survived by one great uncle and cousins.
