Elk (Alexandria Bay, New York), born in Brockville, Ontario, who passed away on August 13, 2023, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter H. Carley and Irene VanAlstyne Carley; her brother Edward Carley; her grandson Tim Elk; and her son-in-law Gary C. Ashe.
She is survived by: her spouse Glenn A. Elk; and her children, Barbara Ashe, William (Ann), Thomas (Cheryl) and Theodore. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren and 1 great, great grandchild.
