She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Blackmer and Ida Ludwig Blackmer; and her children, Kimberly and Roger John. She is survived by: her children, Randy Gilmer (Patricia) and Robyn; and her grandchildren, McKinley, Jenelle and Jordan.
