He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick L. McCauley and Mary E. Carty McCauley; his daughter Tessa McCauley; and his siblings, Larry McCauley and Muriel Edgar.
He is survived by: his children, Derek McCauley, Gananoque, Chad McCauley (Skye) of LaFargeville, NY and Lanie McCauley of Redwood, NY. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
