With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elliott D. Slate (Alexandria Bay, New York), who passed away on October 29, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frando Slate and Iva Elliott Slate; his wife Greta Sweet; his children, Sandra Bogart (William) of Hammond, NY, Yvonne Chachere (David) of Lancaster, CA and Bruce; and his half-brother Clinton Pierce. He was also cherished by two grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Memorial donations may be made to the Alexandria Bay Fire Department, the Alexandria Bay American Legion or Hospice of Jefferson County.
