He was predeceased by: his parents, Alice Spies Williams and Glenn Williams (Theresa); and his sister Virginia Kring Ely. He is survived by: his wife Lynda Skinner; his children, Cathy Wills, LaFargeville of Debra Biase, CT and Bradley; his stepchildren, Jennifer Papin (Jeffrey) and Jeffrey Zimmer (Donna Russell); and his brother Roy Williams (Patricia). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
