He was predeceased by: his father Harold Strough-Dobbins (Cora); his wife Enid "Kim" Dobbins; and his brother Ivan Dobbins. He is survived by: his daughters, Tracy Parzych (Jeff) of Syracuse, NY and Tori Snyder (Glenn) of Alexandria Bay; and his grandchildren, Ryan Loy (Angie) of Alexandria Bay, NY, Madison Korcz (Jonathan) of Cape Vincent, NY, Molly Clemons (Charles) of Hammond, NY, Cole and Chase Parzych of Syracuse, NY.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren along with several cousins, a nephew and nieces.
