He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Excell and Darsel Excell of Kring Point; his wife Stephanie Antalek; his sister-in-law Kelli Excell of Utica, NY; and his grandfathers, Gary Babinec of South Carolina and David Excell Sr. of Utica, NY.. He is also survived by Many uncles, aunts and cousins.
