He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Raines and Kathryn Raines (Klossner); his wife Catherine Raines; his sons, Paul R. Raines, Jr. and Mark W. Raines; and his sister Irene Sundberg.
He is survived by: his children, Dennis G. Raines (Barb Phillips) of Batavia, Renee M. Smith (Robert) of Batavia, Kevin M. Raines (Darlene) of Alexander, Eric C. Raines, Sr. of Alexander and Brian J. Raines (Michelle) of Bethany; and his daughter-in-law Michele Raines of Lyndonville. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
