He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Orr and Ethlyn Drake; his siblings, Catherine Hyer, Judi Cross, Eve McAlister and John Orr; his granddaughter Tara Parsons; his wife Debra Orr (Hewitt) of Alexander; his children, Christine Orr of North Tonawanda, James Orr (Nancy) of Akron, Michael Orr (Gael) of Conesus, Heather Robinson (Gregory) of Stafford and Brett Orr (Sarah) of Alexander; his siblings, Charles Orr (Millie) of Washington, Janice Durant (Lowell) of Potsdam, Patricia Ewert (Ed) of Batavia, Becky Rangel (Joseph) of Idaho and Cindy Gennoe (Anthony) of Tennessee; his grandchildren, Ashlee Kenyon, Alexis Kenyon, Emmaleigh Odom, Jay Armstrong, Kaiel Robinson, Sarah Orr, Drake Orr and Clyde Orr; and his great grandchildren, Cuylar West, Avalyn Carubia, Noah West, Donavin Hilton and Kashius Hilton. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
No memorial service will be held at this time due to concerns about the spread of coronavirus.
