She was predeceased by: her parents, Antoinette Kozlowski and Eugene Kozlowski; her husband Richard A. Kloc; her daughter Tammy Jean Misiak; and her brother Eugene Jr. Kozlowski Jr. (Mary).
She is survived by: her son Anthony Misiak; her grandchildren, Noah, Madison and Jordan Misiak; her siblings, Karen Kozlowski, Jerome (Bonnie) and Leon (Kathy); and also Jamie Dengos. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
