It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charina Tzivani-Smith (Alexander, New York), born in Seneca Falls, New York, who passed away on June 8, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Caruso and Lydia DiLilla Caruso; her brothers, Anthony and Bennie Caruso; and her children, Charlene Galbreath and James Tzivani Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Forrest (Michael); her grandson Scott Galbreath (Jessica); her great grandchildren, Stephan of Bristol, TN, Kaiden of Endicott, NY and Kaleb Galbreath of Auburn, NY; and her sister Gina Calabrese (Michael).
