He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Cullen (Burger); and his sister Lynne Parry (late John). He is survived by: his children, Warren Cullen Jr., John Cullen (Laurie) and Colleen Levan III (Ed); and his granddaughters, Angela Magee (Rob), Amanda Hewlett (James), Tanya Seppala (Ian) and Samantha Cullen. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Marilla Fire Co., Kiwanis Club or the Historical Society.
