She was predeceased by: her parents, Merle Boucher and Marion Boucher; and her sister Kathy Butlak (Robert). She is survived by: her husband Gary Wessel; her daughters, Terry Scholz (Shawn Corey) and Cindy Versch (Brad Casper); her stepsons, Scott Wessel (Sarah) and Jeff Wessel (Prairie); her grandchildren, Jim Santoro (Sarah), Rachel Szyjka (Zach), Amanda Scholz, Jasmine, Anabelle, Milo and Silas Wessel; her great grandchild Carson Santoro; and her great-niece Lina Budziszewski.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Charles Meyer Funeral Home (13228 Broadway, Alden, NY 14004). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 7:30 PM at the same location.
