She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Chmielewski; her grandchildren, Anthony Licata (Samantha), Nicholas Chmielewski (Lina), Ashton Tressel (Sean) and Brandon Chmielewski; her great grandchildren, Arabella Rose, Grayson and Griffin; and her siblings, Joann Isaacs, Elsie Karpinski (late Ron), Richard Herkey (Marie) and Gerald Herkey (Alice). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and sisters-in-law.
