He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Lewis (Inbody); his sons, Joel Inbody and Jonathan Inbody (Andrea); his brothers, James Lewis (Patti) and Christopher Lewis; his parents-in-law, Larry and Claudia Bensink; his siblings-in-law, Bertron and Kelly Willson; his nephew Greg Willson; and his sister Virginia Holley.
