He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip DeVita and Margaret DeVita. He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" DeVita; his daughters, Lisa Ann Willis (Christopher "Chip") and Pamela Anne Zawistowski (Daniel); his grandchildren, Timothy, Christopher (Cheyenne), Brittany (Derek), Michaela (Matthew), Michael, Carmela, Joshua and Vinny; and his siblings, Sandra Gilebarto (James), Judith Amatuzzo (Sam), James Knotts (Wanda), Marilyn Miller, Daniel Knotts (Rhonda), William McGee (Eve) and Don Shannon (Betty). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to St. John's Church.
