He was predeceased by: his spouse Norma; and his sibling Edward Pietrzycki. He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Rejewski (Jeffrey) and Deborah Fitzpatrick; his grandchildren, Kiera Ann Rejewski, Brian Fitzpatrick and Stephanie Fitzpatrick; his siblings, Terry Carlucci (Victor) and Robert Pietrzycki; and also Devoted. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
