He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Oleksy (Virginia). He is survived by: his family Barbara Oleksy; his children, Sandra Botti (Albert) and Leonard Oleksy (Roseann); his grandchildren, Jennifer Zeisz-Rotella (Saverio) and Mykenzie Oleksy; and his brother Richard Oleksy (Susan). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
